France Telecom is to be investigated by the state prosecution service in Besançon after a spate of 44 staff suicides since 2008. The company will be investigated and possibly prosecuted over the death of a 28 year old technician who committed suicide and blamed the company in his suicide note. After recent legislation designed to ensure the security of employees, it  is much easier for companies to be held accountable for employee deaths, so this case could open up a real wasps nest!
