Retail security forces around the globe – be on the lookout for males aged 16 to 80 who are disorganised, antisocial and unpleasant. Oh wait, that’s most of them, right? Then Houston, we have a problem.
It seems that a new study by psychologists at the University of Leicester has found that a person’s personality is related to their inclination to shoplift. And in a new paper that has been published in the Personality and Individual Differences journal by Doctor Vincent Egan and David Taylor, the people most likely to shoplift are males aged 16 – 80, unpleasant and anti-social and disorganised and unreliable. So make sure you keep your retail security on the look out for these suspicious characters!
