The Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester, established in 1845 as the first agricultural college of Britain, has selected SALTO Systems to provide a security system suitable for such a large and important institution.

The Royal Agricultural College has implemented the SALTO XS4 electronic access system to replace the mechanical key locks, so access to the college is controlled and monitored. As well as this, a smart card access system was implemented into student accommodation, meaning that the accommodation was more secure and controlling access to different areas. The system is being used on a trial basis but so far has proved to be extremely successful.
