Security in South Africa is being stepped up today just in case England fails to win the World Cup match. Highly trained security guards from the Police Services Unit are going to be placed at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium to guard the England squad.
Security worries have been rife since an England fan found his way into the squads’ dressing room after the last match and there was outrage by the Fifa bosses at the lack of security.
The main worry is that failure to win the match and get through to the knock out stages of the World Cup could see rioting at the stadium in Port Elizabeth.
