The scourge of society has struck again – yes, that’s it – those human rights campaigners. Once upon a time, human rights were something precious and revered, not something to be bandied around every time someone feels like causing a ruckus. Now, human rights have ceased to mean anything more than a way of making a nuisance of ourselves and they now are used to protect the very people who take away the human rights of others.

And where has this rant stemmed from? According to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, the full body scanners at Manchester airport may be against the law. Let’s see the Human Rights Commission say that if they ever come face to face with a suicide bomber on their plane.
