Adobe has issued warning to users of Adobe Reader, Acrobat and Flash Player. According to Adobe, certain vulnerabilities in Adobe are allowing hackers to get in and get around IT security systems.
These vulnerabilities are platform independent and can affect users of Adobe products regardless of what they run, be it Linux, Mac or Windows. As a short-term measure, Adobe has issued a work-around that works by deleting a library file that is connected with processing Flash content in PDF files. Patches should be available shortly, but Adobe has failed to specify when. So make sure you’re careful!
