Iscon Video Imaging is to release two new scanners for airports that will increase security. The new patented Thermal-Boosted Infrared Detection Systems from Iscon only scan and show clothing and objects, therefore negating any privacy issues. Another bonus of the Iscon scanners is that they don’t emit any harmful radiation unlike traditional scanning systems at airports. The systems are currently being tested but hopefully we should see them in our airports soon!
