Students are kicking up a fuss after Jadavpur University announced their new CCTV plan, although not admitting it, for the sake of Maoist activities. They do admit however, that a recent press conference held by a Maoist leader has led them to consider the extra CCTV operations.

Students at the University however, think that the new system is a complete waste of time and money. The debate is still on and the verdict will have to be decided soon…
