Councillors in Llandovery, South Wales, will no doubt be the butt of many a joke in the future after purchasing an expensive CCTV system – which no one knows how to work. The councillors called in a company who promptly installed the CCTV and then left, leaving behind a confusing instruction manual in lieu of detailed instructions. Although the instruction manual has been read over by many of the councillors, no one can figure out how to use the system. The moral to this story? Always use a reputable security company, one who will take the time to demonstrate how to use its products!
