A residential complex in Slough, Berkshire, has faced terror after a gang of youths foiled the simple security and entered the complex. The youths then proceeded to eat the elderly residents’ food, and vandalise the place, terrorising the residents. After the event, management and residents held a meeting where extra CCTV cameras were agreed upon as a preventative method. Also discussed were improved access control and the addition of a security guard. When the elderly cannot feel safe in their own homes, it’s a sad day for us all.
